Golden Cup

Ingredients: 1/8 Granny Smith apple (diced)1 inch cucumber (diced)
45 ml (1.5 oz) Beefeater 24 gin
22.5 ml (.75 oz) orange curacao
22.5 ml (.75 oz) amontillado sherry
Club soda
1 mint sprig, as garnish
Direction : Muddle the diced apple and cucumber with the gin in a mixing glass. Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and stir briefly. Pour everything into a large wine goblet, and add the garnish.
